We have continued to work in line with Government Directives and are so proud of our achievements over these uncertain times, with business as normal and general service levels continuing to exceed our expectations.

Dear Customers and Friends,

We want to update you on how we have adapted our business practices to ensure all Be Wiser colleagues and customers are provided with the level of care and confidence required at this time. We have continued to work in line with Government Directives and are so proud of our achievements over these uncertain times, with business as normal and general service levels continuing to exceed our expectations.

  • Our offices are being designed for the new COVID 19 world we now live in.
  • The latest techniques in cleaning are now being used enabling a COVID 19 safe environment.
  • We have planned a phased re-entry approach to our offices and selective management and people are now on site on a regular basis.
  • The majority of our staff remain homeworking and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
  • There has been no interruption to our service since the start of the pandemic.
  • We remain dedicated to keeping our business operating at exceptional service levels and standards.

 

Help & Financial Assistance

We appreciate that this has been a challenging time for all of us and want you to feel secure in the knowledge that we are there for you. If you are an existing customer and are currently struggling to pay for your cover on a direct debit plan, there will be a number of options available to you - in partnership with our premium finance providers, we are here to help and support you.

  • We may be able to review your level of cover if your needs have changed.
  • Your premium finance provider is working closely with us to ensure your needs and requirements are met during this difficult time, including changing payment dates and options for payment holidays. We are happy to discuss all options with you including repayment of any missed payments where deferral has been arranged, this will not affect your renewal or increase interest due.
